Whats the most important thing for you when thinking about your hair needs? For example, do you love pulling your hair up so it needs to look best when pulled back? Do you prefer to wear it curly, and are hoping for a cut to encourage your natural curl? Are you wanting something easy to style and easy to care for? There are no wrong answers!

Your inspiration photos will work best for you if the person in the photo: looks like you (skin tone, eye color), has a natural color similar to yours (if they are naturally lighter, and you are naturally darker, it may not be an achievable look), has the same length as you (similar haircut/the haircut you want), similar hair texture ( thick, thin, curly, straight), and is styled how you style your hair! If your inspiration photo is curly/wavy, and you always wear your hair straight, please find a new photo that reflects your goals.

We will make every effort to see you asap based on the information you share here. The more available/flexible you are, the faster we will be able to get you in. Saturdays are very rarely available. The latest available appointment for a Dimensional Color service is 2pm.

I understand that this is a general consultation intake form designed so Mackenzie can help me choose which New Guest Service option that I'm best suited for.

I understand that if I desire a more thorough explanation of the coloring process, or a detailed analysis of my current hair I may need to schedule an in person pre-consultation.

I understand that if Mackenzie does not believe she is the best stylist for me, she will let me know and possibly recommend someone who better suits my needs.

I understand that average wait time to get on the schedule for a New Client Service is approximately 5-7 weeks, and weekend/afternoon appointments are limited. I understand that initial average investment of my first appointment ranges from $195-$450+ and maintenance/session appointments range from $120-$300+ depending on current hair, goal hair, and recommended upkeep.

I understand that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I understand that I may be banned from booking future appointments with the salon.
